      - Tremendous opportunity for learning and growth - Working alongside smart, motivated people who are always willing to help out - Legitimately one of the coolest offices in Boston with an amazing view (it's easy to take this for granted) - Healthy mix of startup feel and stable company - At its core, this business is poised for massive success - Strongest leadership team I've ever seen - Structured paths to career growth - Very competitive pay

      Cons

      As with any high-growth company, there will be growing pains: - More processes means more hoops to jump through to get stuff done which can be very frustrating. - Too much design by committee. Too many cooks in the kitchen. Whatever cliche you want to apply, it's getting harder and harder to just try stuff without over-engineering every inch of a project and involving every single person who would possibly be impacted by it. - A lot of mixed signals and misalignment especially on inter-departmental projects. The downfall of an obsessive KPI-driven environment is people get lost in their own KPIs and stop thinking about the business-level impact.
