      Rocket Ship with Imploding Sales Team

      Pros

      Very smart team. Excellent product.

      Cons

      Terrible sales leadership. Sales team is lead by intimidation and leadership does not care about professional or personal growth. No reps are hitting quota, clear that the sales team is entirely too big.

      Pros

      -The atmosphere here is amazing. Really everyone is very kind, sociable, and accepting. I've made plenty of friends here in a short amount of time. -Good comp. Definitely at or above market values here in Boston. -Commitment to the team. Leadership here really cares about the folks that work here, and promoting a safe, healthy, happy environment. If they see something isn't going the way it should, they're not afraid to fix it. -Super smart, talented team.

      Pros

      Great supportive team, that is always willing to help. Cool location, right in the heart of the city. Amazing heathy snacks! HR team is great, executive team is great. eCommerce space is rapidly growing and it's a good place to be right now.

      Cons

      No commuter stipend. Workload can spill over to the weekend.
