      Great for Engineers... depending on what team you are on

      Pros

      Tech stack pretty up-to-date Lots of opportunities in the Boston Ruby community Stocked kitchen Ability to work remote

      Cons

      No 401k match (and other related benefits) - some local companies the size of Salsify have much better benefits Not great communication between teams (both within engineering and in general) Some teams are more cliquey than others Difficult to tell what can get you a promotion (supposedly same rubric across engineering teams but doesn't always feel that way)
