Pros

- some supportive colleagues - free lunch break - hybrid working system (1-week wfo, 1-week wfh)

Cons

- there are some employee's skills below expectation. I mean they really can't do an essential task - payroll is below market rate - KPI performance not transparent - lack of documentation - cut 30% payroll if you have something to do outside Jakarta

Pros

moderate salary, an OK company to grow, has standard on tech stack, free lunch

Cons

- often moved to different project while current haven't "settled" - unfair overtime benefit - clients expect employees be available for 24h but this company doesn't manage it well, leads to unexpected overtime to employee
