Pros

If you are new to IT and whished to have a stepping stone or wanting a career shift in IT, this is a good place to start. everyone willing to teach you. Environment wise also good and everyone are being supportive. You improve lots of soft and hard skills fast to kickstart your career in IT industry.

Cons

it's quite challenging to balance out your work and personal life due to 1 person may handle multiple projects with pretty tight deadlines. Some projects doesn't have dedicated person so the start of every development cycle is quite challenging.
