      The clients are great, some of the workers are wonderful.

      Cons

      Significant pay disparities: they treat you like you are expendable because you are to them. If you point out pay disparities they tell you to just get a job somewhere else. At least one bullying department head with seemingly no oversight. You're on your own there in a very stressful job.
