Pros

Limited to 40 hours per workweek and decent benefits.

Cons

Upper management in certain departments are waiting out for retirement and no room for growth in the organization. Virtually no incentive to exceed expectations.

Pros

I have a set schedule. It may be different times each day but they are the same each week. Most of the customers are great to work with!

Cons

It's considered a "temporary job" . County will not upgrade Marv Jenson Rec at all and customers complain. South Jordan Mayor wants Marv Jenson shut down. Many customers have came in thinking that we are closing.
