Pros

Flexible, smart and dedicated coworkers, interesting work, great environment for a self-starter. The Saltchuk family of companies are best in class, I'm very proud of the work we do and impressed with the people we work with.

To be successful you need to be comfortable in a changing environment and able to balance competing priorities

A family run business, outsiders not welcome

Pros

The office space is very highclass. A small group of people in the head office. Some very dedicated people work here. Location is very nice.

Cons

It was clear that only family members will get the key positions. They do not like creativity that rocks the boat. The pay is low and very difficult to get an increase. Very focused on making margins and looking good to the investors. Seesm like and old biys club.
