Pros

Nice facility to work at on Lake Union. Too bad they are moving to Pioneer Square.

Cons

The HR staff is out of it and just doesn't get the progressive movement in talent, technology and the shift to high-tech. The "new" old legal staff is actually quite frightening and unstable with pepperings of paranoia. Not a good combo when it comes to legal advice. The focus is on family and who you know promotions so forget it if you are not "in" the right circle.
