A turn and burn company for managers

Pros

Decent starting salary. Can be fun. Good food. Great employees. Beautiful ambience. I have nothing else good to add to the pros.

Cons

No life. A boys club. Upper management takes advantage. Does NOT follow core values. Bottom line is most important. Focus is on tedious busyness. Always wanting more rather than guest service. Favoritism. Core values are lies. No accountability. Tolerates scapegoating.

Pros

Saltgrass Steakhouse on the Riverwalk provides a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast paced service industry.

Cons

70 + hour work weeks. Management doesn't treat each other as well as other employees with the required respect

Not one. I hate to see a c km any t h at should be successful fail but you are it.

Cons

Long hours, set scheduling with no hope of days off, poor communication, no trust, GMs lazy and spend 95% of time in office, don't listen to staff, promote a culture of fear not leadership. Hmm should I go on. Sure, upper management only wants $ not culture and guests.
