too many leaders that do not agree

This is a horrible work environment. I have never worked in such an unprofessional place with so much drama and cattiness. The work environment alone weighs you down. Also, you cannot even complain about the surroundings because upper management does nothing to change it. The only reason why people stay to work at Salud is because there is good benefits and PTO. Other than that, it's not worth it. The management does not reward good and honest workers either; they're only concerned about keeping themselves at the top and eliminating any competition that comes their way. The upper management chooses to hire incompetent supervisors and managers alike. It really is a horrible place to work.
