Great benefits, lots of flexibility and great center management.

Cons

Below market pay unless your a provider or in administration. No support or acknowledgment of hard work from administration. No chance of advancement. New employees make close to if not more than people who have worked there longer. Very little support through COVID. Horrible communication between admin and the clinics.
