Cons

No pay, long hours, can't afford the insurance for the family plan, get lied to. If your not in the click your screwed. No pay increase and if you do it takes a couple of years for 50 cents. I wasted 6 years of my life there and it was one of the BIGGEST mistakes I made. If you want a dead end job this will be for you.

You can learn about an interesting market from a company that was the industry leader. You get to travel a lot.

Cons

Management is delusional to believe SCSG is still relevant in 2018. We’ve lost so much market share that our competitors are not concerned about us any longer. Our customer service and reputation has helped our competition build their business into being the true industry leader that we pretend to be but are not. They are always looking for “the answer” to the problem and certainly the owners realize they’re the problem. They can’t be that ignorant.

Sam Carbis is the leader in fall protection equipment. Their product is outstanding, and their team is dedicated to moving the company forward.

Cons

While willing to change, the company sometimes does not wait to see if the changes will work before trying to move to yet another model, so that, in the end, nothing changes. The leadership team seems dedicated to improving this trend, as well as to better appreciate their workers through enhanced training and feedback.
