Don't give raises nor care about their employees who put the work out

I've have personally heard the owner speaking in her office comparing the training of sales reps to training her dogs. Others have heard her comparing training other staff to training horses. They continuously criticize and embarrass staff in meeting (mostly sales meetings) in order to prove points. They will engage the staff in conversations only to twist their real concerns or job goals into mimicking what they really want. Constant stress and fear of losing your job, there is zero job security. I would advise anyone applying for a job here to find former Carbis employees on LinkedIn and ask them personally about their experience. You will not find a good referral out there. There are too many horror stories about this place to list in a review. Completely unethical management practices are happening inside these walls.
