Pros

None that I can think of, unless there are no other jobs left in the entire world. And maybe not then.

Cons

Owner and managers notoriously known for bizarre sales strategies and approaches, changing on personal whims or trends, firing great employees on whims as well. Good ole boy system like none other I have ever worked for. If you are in, you are golden; if not, you are trash. Have a brown nose or be gone.

On Glassdoor you will always see a mix bag of reviews (some good, some bad). From my expereince I can say Sam Carbis Solutions Group does look after dedicated employees. I recently had a family emergency that meant I needed to fly to England at the last minute. After returning I had to fly back within the week. I contacted the President to explain my situation. There was never a question about taking time off. I was told to take off to be with my family and not to think about it. This shows me that if you are dedicated and a hard worker it is noticed. Carbs will look after you when it really matters.

Pros

Good Co workers that are more like friends. Good advancement opportunities if management can keep up with giving workers their raises they deserve according to their tiers, and work they do.

Cons

The pay is not that great, tier system def needs to be updated some people that should be getting master tier 3 pay are getting beginner tier 2 pay, communication between management and shop workers isn't very good. Breaks and every Saturday isn't worth the overtime especially since nothing ships out and nothing productive is really getting done. People have family's you know... 1 day off a week is not enough. The temperature in the shop is brutal whether hot or cold outside. I promise production would go up if the temperature was more comfortable.
