      Pros

      Very cool industry that is extremely interesting to learn. Lots of travel on the company's dime. Some of the employees are really cool and easy to work with. Meeting folks around the country and learning about the work they do.

      Cons

      Horrible company culture. Micro management. The owners snoop around listening in on everything that is going on and seem super paranoid. The travel requirements can be excessive. You can't trust any employees that work there since they all fear for their jobs too. The promised job raises don't happen like they say they will. Unclear performance expectations. Allowing negative employees to stay employed.

      I guess you could say "It's a Paycheck"

      Cons

      A lower value is placed on employees than the broken down equipment. A time limit is given employees for every job and heaven help you if you run over by even 5 minutes. One size fits all mentality. Suck up to the "family" and you get ahead even if you haven't a clue. If you are a suck up woman you have it made. (this one could have gone in the Pros section depending on your gender. If you're a male you have a target on your back if you complain.

      Nothing. Read the other negative reviews and believe them! They are all true!

      Cons

      They do not live up to their promises and treat their employees as if they are disposable. This is the worst run company that you can imagine. Their competition is killing them because they are so stubborn and have that "I know better then anybody" mentality towards employees and customers.
