There are people in management that cause the most drama and gossip but the lower level of employees are blamed for it. There are people at SCSG who are so two face you feel like you are back in high school. For management to refer to their employees as minions made me feel like we were replaceable at anytime. People have worked there for years and only had one raise maybe two if you are lucky. But than you have people that work there making good money and they don't do anything but pass their work onto other people. The department that handle the majority of the work beside production get treated like crap.

Read all the Carbis post and the post here - the positive post are all fake done by owner. This place is a mismanaged train wreck and people and families are paying the price for it. The owners should be ashamed of themselves. The layoffs did not happen as a result of the employees poor performance - it's all on the owners. Every other loading rack company is growing in the same market but this company is falling apart at the seams.
