All government holidays off. More relaxed during summer and winter breaks.

Cons

Management. They are only in it for themselves. So much hidden corruption. Safety. Buildings are old and I managed/officed in a building that had a carbon monoxide problem that wasn’t identified until a year later. No detectors and university techs found after investigating power/ac issues. Suffered from headaches, memory issues, and depression and I believe the high concentration of carbon monoxide caused this.
