Pros

The pay is amazing for retail, The teams are wonderful truly like a family. The benefits are of the best such as 4O1, insurance and they offer college online for a bachelor’s degree and other programs too. It’s a great opportunity

Cons

The schedule sucks. One week you’re working 35 then next it’s 15 and not to mention the closing 12:30-9pm shift and then followed up with a 8-4:30 shift. They do that very very often it’s hard to have a life work balance bc your always at work and if your not at work your drained qnd too tired to even do anything productive. All they care for is productivity the whole club is very whiny about it. feeling like a stimulation like all they want is numbers such as new plus members, new app users, credit card applications and they track it and right it down and coach you and write you up if you aren’t up to par. which is ridiculous like if we are trying why are you complaining and they are greedy it’s never enough you got one credit okay yay! get another now. They have a point system too for attendance so god forbid your 15 minutes late or anything you get married up and get 5 points your fired. They push sooo hard abt credits and such bc it’s money into their pockets. full time people get like 7/800 each bonus while part time we get that all together in a year. It’s also a lot of heavy lifting like returns you out away so many heavy items and push around a lot of heavy carts on the registers. This job is mentally and physically draining. good luck trying to get a job all they hire is family and friends and they all have or culture and that’s all they hire my location had all hispanics and we would constantly be forced to pitch a credit in spanish. The favoritisim is real.
