It was a great experience.

Everything is based on seniority it's hard to get days off, and you might never see your weekends again. Be prepared to devote your life it will constantly change every 5 months. You have to be a flexible person to work here. Not a good job if you have young kids . It's a racially biased company. Dont expect to get promoted unless you are a part of a certain group or know someone in management. They tend to promote family members and friends and ignore qualified candidates.
