      Pros

      Great mission, some folks very nice and dedicated and proud of what they do. Decent benefits

      Cons

      Great mission but very bureaucratic and has been undergoing many changes in top leadership. It’s tough working with 3.5 agencies under one umbrella. Lots older, more experienced folks have left and or retired - missing institutional knowledge. HR inconsistent and difficult to work with at times.
