      - A lot of flexibility, they don't micro-manage people. Your working schedule is flexible as long as you meet the objectives in a timely manner. - A lot of work autonomy, you have a voice on the projects you want to develop. - Great work environment, people are very friendly, supportive and hard-working. - Remote work, cowork only once or twice a month.

      Cons

      - If you want to work here, you have to be okay with the fact that there's no job stability. - There's a lot of room to grow professionally, but they're very conservative with promotions. - Budget for team building has been cut off over the years. - They have removed some of their best employee benefits.
