People are very smart, driven and passionate. Interesting problems to work on. Often good work life balance (but not always)

A Passionate Company

Pros

There are a lot of very smart, hardworking and passionate people at this company. The company has a supportive and positive work environment. I have loved working here, because every day is fast paced and high impact. The technology stack is very powerful, and I think this company has a bright future. "Unlimited vacation", free lunch, snacks, fun social events, amazing insurance benefits, work from home or office, flexible work hours.

Cons

Despite the tech being incredible - not sure if the business prospects are good. Leadership has very little transparency, they hide customers and metrics internally. Very hard working culture to get things done. Many people work over 40 hours. But I think this is internally motivated, as I have not seen any pressure by managers/leaders to overwork yourself. (I personally don't think this is a con because it shows how passionate a lot of people are, but if you want to have a <40 hr chill work week, probably not the best fit for you)
