Pros
The companies environment is good. There is an area for games, some free food (few), my co-works and managers were friendly. If haven't had worked in others companies you will learn a lot there in the beginning. There are some big projects there.
Cons
After some months you will see that the challenges stop coming. Others cons are about your career, in general the salaries there are not good and there aren't enough opportunities to grow. If you want to do an interview there, do not stay impressed only with the environment, ask about career.
