I had been with Samiti for last 5 years, One thing I liked about Samiti is they are very prompt in paying the salary and will take care of immigration with due diligence, I had to almost renew my immigration every year and they have been good at that, also last year govt shutdown created a real mess on my immigration status, they did a very good job to help me overcome it. Secondly I have worked within their office at Iselin and know the CEO, he is hardworking and have lot of projects for employees to work with, his direct client and indirect clients. There are lot of parties/get together/greeting cards... and as far as benefits, they are flexible and once things are negotiated they respect it and act accordingly...
Cons
Nothing, Its a flat organization, you can directly talk to the CEO or to the admins anytime and they respond very quickly on any issue.
