      - Loads of market to go after - Constantly bringing out new products - New leadership knows their stuff

      Cons

      - It's hard work - There hasn't been a lot of support - people do well off their own backs

      Pros

      Good pay, decent benefits. Great coworkers and people

      Cons

      Things went downhill fast, every few months they were taking more and more stuff away like the holiday break. AI was being pushed hard, everything could be solved with LLMs which only put more pressure to complete more tasks. Just like many companies, execs were just pushing for any new flashy gen AI feature they saw online, They were also tracking AI tool usage last I heard too to make sure they were being used. Most of the IT team was laid off in January besides managers, directors, and anyone not in the US. Besides that there’s minimal room for growth. I was told every quarter I would get more opportunities to learn and they never came.

      Pros

      - Decent pay and good benefits overall (401k match, flexible time off, RSUs etc.) - Market leader in the industry and fast paced innovation - Reasonable travel budget for internal events and customer meetings - Incredible annual club and mid-year trip incentives - Tend to promote internally

      Cons

      - Somewhat lower OTEs compared to others but can be offset if you hit your targets and get RSU refreshers - Could use more holiday's off compared to other tech peers, but unlimited PTO balances it out if you have a good manager - Recently took away some benefits like the sabbatical and year end time off - Steep product learning curve
