      Politics creep into everything: decisions are driven by optics, narratives, or who’s in the room vs. the actual highest-impact work. As a result, people play defense, weaponize process and titles, and push blame sideways instead of owning decisions. Meetings multiply faster than headcount

      Comp can be good if you joined years ago when equity price was a better entry point.

      Cons

      Increasingly toxic environment driven by C-Suite, resulting in a lack of professionalism and decorum in everyday work life. Career advancement is based entirely on political favor, not performance. Inter-department politics are at an all-time-high, limiting teams ability to perform meaningful work and drive results. Constant hiring, firing, and rehiring of middle management layer means the vision is constantly changing without clear direction. Reorgs are frequent.
