      Pros

      Tech innovation is fast pace. Lots of collaboration and resources to support sales.

      Cons

      Lots and lots of travel. Fast pace. Innovation requires constant training. Very competitive landscape with much cheaper alternatives.

      Pros

      I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Samsara, I think they had great benefits such as the flexible PTO, ESPP options, and quarterly bonuses. The completely remote environment was also a plus.

      Cons

      This likely varies from team to team, but as the company and teams stared growing, it seemed as though they couldn't adapt and figure out how to properly define resposibilities and scope of work for certain roles
