I don't know any individual contributor in the sales org who is not totally miserable. Just the truth. Turn over is extreme. It is toxic performance culture as you can imagine. Since I worked here, I have no idea how they are on Glass Door best places to work. Maybe it's a good place to work outside of sales. Not sure.

mental health suffers, favoritism, racism, toxicity from the top to the bottom, micromanaging. i wouldn't recommend Samsara to my worst enemy. please do not get fooled by your recruiter, the company doesn't care about its sales employees at all.
