      Highly clicky sales environment, they don’t seem interested in employees that want to grow internally, if you’re in sales you’re stuck in sales

      -Challenging, interesting work - Surrounded by motivated, hard working, people, working together to solve complex problems - Learning is constant, were scaling incredibly fast which increases the scope of your role regularly - Competitive pay, generous health benefits - Superb leadership. You will not find a more humble, intelligent, visionary CEO than Sanjit. It doesn’t stop here- all leaders are incredibly invested in the success of their teams and the organization

      - sometimes we’re moving so fast we are more focused on executing than being intentional about strategy - we move fast on a lot of things but some of the cultural things take longer to action on because of my first point (more strategic long term culture building)
