Pros
- high-growth atmosphere provides great opportunities for personal and technical growth - excellent engineering management - company puts real resources into keeping engineering output high (internal tooling, deploy systems, etc) - fun business problems lead to fun technical challenges
Cons
- high-growth can sometimes mean fast priority shifts. A few of these in a row can be frustrating, and, as at any company, sometimes communication breaks down in the shuffle.
