      Pros

      People are very professional and respectful. You have certain control over your time, as long as you work your 8 hours per day Monday to Friday you can choose the schedule that is better for you. The remote job modality has been a life changer for me since I used to spend from 2 to 4 hours every day going to the office. They care about your development in the company and give you feedback about how you doing and the next steps for you.

      Cons

      They will pay you a competitive salary based in your location, which could also be a pro, but I listed it as a con because I would love to be paid as any other of the persons with my position who lives in America, for example, so if they pay all like Americans since it's an American company that would be great. However, I do still love the company A LOT.
