      Lots of tents around the Potrero Hill office — it doesn't invite you to explore your surroundings.

      Pros

      - amazing leadership that is sincere, transparent and very experienced (previously Meraki). - inspiring, hard-working team members who are a pleasure to work with (and hang out with!) - cool engineering challenges and lots of exposure to work on them. - good market with lots of potential. company feels like a rocket ship. - in the heart of San Francisco. ( 201 Potrero Ave. ) - 401k matching (4%), good health / dental / vision, catered food 4 times a week, dinner service for late-night-workers, Uber / Lyft credits for commuters.

      Cons

      - long hours when projects are coming to a close (but to be expected). - parking is difficult (offset by Uber / Lyft -- also close to 16th Bart and Caltrain).

      - Surrounded by incredibly motivated people. Everyone wants the company to succeed and you can see this in their work. -Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, stocked kitchen, catered lunch 4 days a week. -Product: Sells itself. - Big market to sell into. - Senior management has an open door policy. Come to them with questions.

      - Wish there was a dog in the office.
