lack of diversity, lack of training, lack of transparency. needs to upgrade systems, tools, ways of working as an organization. too many old white men in senior leadership. weak HR function.

• Leadership stinks of insecurity and disingenuous talk. • Cliquish, bro culture- lack of respect towards folks that think differently from the clique. • No growth potential- I don't think Samsonite or Gregory cares about growing people inside the organization. • It's like Ground Hogs Day- Same conversations day after day, year after year.... • Fingerpointing and opening shaming people from leadership. • Old fashion, fear-based decision making. • Extreme micromanaging.
