Pros

Great incentive program, but it has changed many times to be in companies profit favors.

Cons

No developmental leadership training. Heard saying cant teach an old dog new tricks, company has good people infused with newer leaders who are running off of profit in lack of consideration of their people.

Good work relationship between coworkers. Best benefits.

Cons

Management is lazy and only looking out for themselves. Management continues bad mouthing employees to other employees. No room for improvement even when there are open positions to move up. Hard working employees are not recognized but the lazy employees are favored.

Need to hire more people to really fill out the teams that are lacking in personal.
