Experience, and as much overtime as you want up to 60 hours

Cons

They force hours, change schedules erratically, dont give benefits and rarely give raises

Good pay,401k great, lots of over time.

Cons

Don't care about there workers...at all!! A lady had a heart attack. They made everyone go back to work,and say there was nothing we could do for her. They refer to employees as bodies.
