      The technologies used are good

      The management has no concern about the employee...they are not ready to give you holidays at all..even in ur one on one this point comes up that u took a lot of holidays if one has consumed the share of holidays allotted to him/her... no concern for the field u want to work in...they just pick u from one proj and put u in another without asking ur preference....the management is absolutely incapable...in short think of ur worst nightmare and that is it....

      career development opportunity is so good. because C&T is now expanding its buiness market. so there are many opportunities to grow with the company

      Good place to work. nice recognition and feedback for our effort. Package is worth compared with other good product companies

      Cons

      Time schedule is very hectic. All maintenance project. Not many scratch development projects. All projects depends on Head quarters.
