      It was the best place to work in Israel

      Pros

      Working at Samsung NEXT Tel Aviv was a great experience. It had the best mix of startup vibes with big-company backing. The team was super sharp, supportive, and fun to work with. We got real ownership of projects and the freedom to try new things. Plus, being in the middle of Tel Aviv’s tech scene made it even more exciting. Great people, interesting problems, and solid work-life balance — what more can you ask for?

      Cons

      The big downside? A lot of great ideas, but no real customers. We built cool stuff, but it often felt like solutions in search of a problem. Without clear market validation or user traction, it was hard to see the long-term impact of our work. Lots of potential, but not enough focus on finding real demand.
