The team consists of about 50 talented individuals spread across the US, Israel and Korea who are hard-working, intelligent and humble experts in their fields. Collaborating with them is a pleasure and their kindness and fun nature create a supportive work environment. Work like balance is highly valued here with flexible hours and remote work options. Cons
Being a distributed team, it does take extra effort to maintain strong connections with everyone. However, despite being spread out geographically, we make a conscious effort to gather in person when possible. Frequent virtual meetings help ensure regular communication and being a small team, staying closely connected is relatively easy. Even though we may not be physically present in the same location, we utilize various communication channels to maintain a supportive and collaborative environment.
