Okayish place to start with.

Pros

Decent place to start with. Need to do same work over the years that is bug fixing mainly but if you're lucky you will get a chance to go HQ and work on some new projects

Cons

Fixed hours that are needed to spend in office 8-9 hrs else pay cut. Less wfh and if you are working from home you will get more work and bugs to fix than a normal office day. Micro management. Less increment and late promotions. You won't learn anything new in android, anyone can just join and read the code that HQ has written, understand the code flow and do the work they need (only bug fixing and test case writing is done , android developement on the framework level is done in HQ).
