People sitting at senior levels are super dumb but evaluation and promotions both are done on the basis of duration of that dumb person in the same designation. 3. No open channels of communication with HR. Although, on paper, and for show off they exist, but no policies are discussed with employees -they are enforced, Employees cannot share any constructive feedback or any feedback/opinion for that matter. If they do they become enemies. 4. No learning. People here "pretend" to make tools - but believe me, all of them are just copying pasting from either HQ or someplace else.
