Pros
1. You will work on improving latest gadgets (feature phones/ smartphones/ tablets) of a company which is one of the top manufacturers of smartphones. 2. Good facilities and compensation 3. There is a chance of visiting a foreign country (in order to work there for some months) within 18- 24 months of joining the company.
Cons
1. Poor work-life balance for many employees (depends on your team, which is randomly allocated to everyone), might have to work for 10/11 hours on some days, and even more on a few days. 2. Main work these days is fixing of issues, thus the employee has to improve already developed code (maybe change some lines or add some lines of code), which may not be interesting for many.
