That said, the company does offer stability, decent compensation, and exposure to large scale products. I’ve also met genuinely talented engineers here.

Samsung Noida can be a good experience for some engineers, especially short term, but whether it aligns with your long-term growth goals depends heavily on what kind of engineering work and culture you’re looking for.
