Pros

Food transport and zero learning.

Cons

Filled with illiterate Delhi NCR guys. They pick them because they need man force for fixing bugs and people will be close to home so they don't leave the company. Most of the employees don't even know their work, jut copy and paste the code. No development tasks given to them. Lowest ranking among al the Samsung research Institutes. No job security just suck your manager's d and you are safe.
