Pros
1) Food and transport -- provided for making you work for more than 12 hours and it is against Labour Law. 2) Company is in hand of dump HR who was screwed in open house by APPS1 department. And he is ruling like Lalu/Nitesh of Bihar. 2) Mr. Roo -- who always tore senior dump members. Dump seniors just ask status of issues from engineer to state same in front of Mr. Roo. And if Mr. Roo ask something else then their pants get wet. And its Enjoyable moments for Engineers.
Cons
1) HRs are dump... They hire from NIT, IIT and other but they don't have HRs from IIM. 2) HRs are bunch of liers... and it is in their blood. The more confident they lie, higher position they get. 3) Work is horrible... only translation/string issues ... completely non-technical. 4) Seniors (lead/manager/senior development manager etc) all are of dump category... they don't know even single thing of coding. 5) They are drowning now after a complete failure of their copied S5, S6 and next copied models. 6) In name of security, they block every site... checking every time your personal mobile phones, take your personal memory card and never return. 7) Give poor ratings to low level employees only ... where only low level employee works and seniors sucks ... for korean. 8) They have some cast system for different different colleges and they never accept it. 9) Work of samsung is like a cancer... So do needful to get away from it asap. 10) Always need to fight among teams for transferring issues, fighting for UX/GUI and translation requests. 11) Policies are not defined and non-transparent.
