Pros

Overall bright outlook of the company. Great benefits including competitive salary, free meal plans, free work shuttle services, profit sharing system, insurance plans, nursery services on campus, etc.

Cons

There is always a crisis the company has to overcome. Always emphasizing the bad sides first, which results in negative work culture, employees are neither very happy nor satisfied. Technology leadership has been proven for the small IT devices but the company needs to diversify/grow its other businesses ASAP. Management pushes employees too much in general, sometimes setting unachievable goals, not reflecting the market trends. Work-life balance is not good; Flexible working hour system does exist, but nobody, except for a few female employees with kids, actually utilizes it at least around me. You don't feel good when you use it.

Pros

Since SDI don't want to overpay people - it's a very nice place to start a career

Cons

The "pros" are the backdraw also - it's almost impossible to get a significant raise, or to get any future proof training or anything
