Pros

Culture, Pay, Time off, Benefits, 401k match + Profit Share automatic contribution. (Younger people don't understand the value this provides. I started here in my early 30's and I have been here @20 years. I could retire now if I wanted/needed to.)

Cons

None! One can pick any place apart, but most either don't look at the big picture or they haven't worked elsewhere. With that said, I haven't worked in all areas and it's a large company (even though it feels "small").

Pros

Excellent benefits package, great people, community focused, cookouts, pitch- ins, raffles, random prize drawings, March Madness and Kentucky Derby competitions, flexible break schedules, clean and well lit environment, quality focused, innovative solutions, in house grill/café, Samtec is growing, and the list goes on and on...

Cons

During the pandemic, we were in a situation where work/life balance was not optimum for many associates.
