Pros
Dynamic environment (if you don’t like how things are going, wait five minutes) history of growth, extremely capable manufacturing and logistics operations
Cons
They talk a lot of platitudes but they don’t live up to them. Senior management can’t make a plan, or stick to a plan. Engineering efforts consist of following a checklist. The operations are really run by a cabal of 10 or 20 people who have been there forever. Real efforts in coaching, mentoring, or performance feedback are completely absent.
