Pros

Supported everyone through COVID, they are family oriented and they back that up, employer-paid healthcare for employee AND family, stable/legacy company (it’ll be around for a while, unlike competitors)

Cons

Management is prudent in promotions (which can be good) but they don’t move quick to advance you
