Pros

Great company which has had a lot of great programs and ideas. Latest acquisition by SMP seems promising in giving new direction.

Cons

Instability of multiple recent mergers and acquisitions and management changes have left many programs and strategies half-implemented and broken. Need to eliminate those that will not be pursued and communicate new directions.
